How to request deletion of your GLIART data.

Customers can request deletion of personal information submitted through the GLIART website, customer chat, order support, or tracking support channels.

Request method

Send a deletion request by email.

To request deletion of your data, email hamaviedu@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the email address, name, order number if applicable, and a short note explaining what information you want deleted.

What can be deleted

GLIART can review website and support data.

Deletion may apply to customer chat records, order support notes, non-essential contact information, tracking support information, and other personal data submitted directly through this website.

If your purchase was completed through Etsy, TikTok Shop, PayPal, Facebook, WhatsApp, or another third-party service, you may also need to contact that service directly for deletion from their systems.

Data that may be retained

Some information may need to be kept for business or legal reasons.

GLIART may retain certain records when needed for order fulfillment, warranty review, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, tax, platform policy, security, or legal obligations.

If GLIART cannot delete a specific record immediately, GLIART will explain the reason when responding to your request.

Response timing

Deletion requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible.

GLIART reviews deletion requests manually. Response time may vary depending on order history, platform records, verification needs, and whether the request involves third-party services.

For safety, GLIART may ask you to verify the email address or order details before deleting customer records.
