Terms for using this website and buying GLIART products.

These terms explain how customers may use the GLIART website, cart checkout, tracking page, customer chat, and links to Etsy or TikTok Shop US.

By visiting this website, submitting a chat message, adding products to the cart, requesting order support, or using the tracking page, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website checkout or submit personal information through the website.

Products

GLIART products are handmade kinetic wooden wall sculptures.

Product photos, videos, descriptions, dimensions, prices, and availability may change as listings, materials, options, or sales channels are updated. Small variations in wood grain, finish, and handcraft details are normal for handmade products.

Customers should review the selected product, size, color, quantity, and free-shipping delivery details before paying.

Orders and payment

Website checkout is reviewed before PayPal payment is completed.

The GLIART website cart calculates product options, quantity, discount rules, and order details. PayPal may process payment and may apply its own terms, fraud checks, and payment rules.

Etsy purchases are completed on Etsy and are subject to Etsy's buyer, payment, return, and protection rules. TikTok Shop US purchases are completed through TikTok Shop where available.

Custom color

Custom color requests require confirmation before production.

If a customer requests a custom finish, GLIART must confirm the color direction, feasibility, timing, and any special notes before production. Custom color outcomes may vary by wood grain, lighting, screen color, and material behavior.

Free shipping and tracking

Free shipping is included; customers are responsible for accurate delivery details.

Customers must provide a correct full name, email, phone, country, address, city, region, and postal code. Delays, carrier restrictions, customs checks, import duties, taxes, or delivery issues may occur outside GLIART's direct control.

The tracking page is provided for convenience. Tracking updates depend on the information available from GLIART, the carrier, or the sales channel.

Warranty and support

Warranty coverage is described in the policies page.

GLIART provides a limited warranty for confirmed manufacturer defects under normal indoor use. Damage from misuse, incorrect assembly, water, heat, outdoor exposure, drops, unauthorized changes, or normal wear may not be covered.
